Shipping and Returns Policy
Orders will be processed within 48 hours.
Canadian shipments are handled by Canada Post/Canpar Courier, and international shipments are handled by UPS. Delivery time: estimated 3-8 business days, though do to COVID, delivery time may longer than expected. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

All sales are final. In the case that you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If an exchange is permitted, all items must be returned un-worn/un-washed/unused (if applicable) and in its original packaging with a copy of the sales receipt. Any return received without the sales receipt will not be honoured.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
All skateboards include a 30 day manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Afternoon will replace any skateboard that warps or delaminates due to manufacturing defects. Improper use and normal wear and tear does not qualify for warranty. If the skateboard has been abused no replacement will be sent. Afternoon will inspect the board upon return to ensure that the product qualifies for warranty. Skateboards must be returned with a copy of the sales receipt. If the returned skateboard is no longer in stock, a skateboard with the same size and shape will be sent as replacement.
